Meet Roopal Parikh – co-founder of Desimorsels, admin wizard by profession and flavor enthusiast by heart. A true foodie, she doesn’t just love cooking, she lives it. With a deep understanding of authentic Indian flavors and the culture they carry, Roopal decided to channel her passion into something bigger — handpicking snack producers from India who share the same obsession with taste and quality. For her, food isn’t just fuel, it’s joy, nostalgia, and connection — and she’s on a mission to make sure every bite of Desimorsels delivers exactly that.

Meet Priyanka Pandey – co-founder of DesiMorsels, a firm believer that no meeting is complete without snacks on the table. With years of experience as a Python developer and several years in business and marketing, she has learned to balance code, strategy, and creativity. Armed with an MBA in Data Science, Priyanka decided to channel her skills into something that makes people genuinely happy: food. While her resume might make her sound like she belongs in a boardroom, her heart belongs in bringing India’s favorite snacks to California. She likes to think of herself as an entrepreneur on a mission — ambitious enough to build a business, humble enough to taste-test every batch, and funny enough to joke that it’s all “market research.
